Consideration pursuant to Public Utilities Code Section 21676.5, whether to override the determination of the Riverside County Airport Land Use Commission that the application submitted by the Church of Latter Day Saints on Case FV-02-113, which proposes to establish a 16,558 sq. ft. church on a portion of Planning Area 10 of Specific Plan 213 (Winchester Properties) is inconsistent with the French Valley Airport Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
